NILA Indian Restaurant Bangkok

Nila is our flagship Indian restaurant and one of the most distinctive Indian restaurants in Bangkok. Entering its second chapter, “Flavours From Every Corner of India,” this new journey celebrates heritage, memory and movement across the subcontinent. Building on its coastal-inspired beginnings, Nila now explores recipes, spices and traditions from every region of India. Each dish is reinterpreted with craftsmanship, personal memory and modern refinement, creating a menu that feels both deeply rooted and beautifully contemporary. In Bangkok, Nila invites guests to rediscover India’s rich culinary diversity in a thoughtful, elegant and warmly welcoming way.
