Amari Don Muang Airport Bangkok began life in 1983, known then as Airport Hotel Bangkok. Long serving as a convenient and trusted hub for travellers flying through Don Mueang International Airport, its strategic location – directly connected to the airport by an overhead bridge – has made it a preferred choice for decades.
Since then, the hotel has more recently evolved under ONYX Hospitality Group, officially joining the portfolio in 2010. A series of rebrands and enhancements, including a major facade and lobby renovation in 2017 and a comprehensive guest room and lobby upgrade in 2025, have kept the property modern, fresh and relevant for today’s travellers – many of whom still use Don Muang International Airport as their main airport.
